A "look at my new stuff" post

Posts are likely to be few and far between for a while. Most of my time is being taken up getting ready for moving to uni on Saturday(!), and I still have about 8 books to read for my courses by then.
The Fish Tank:
New heels from New Look. They have a concealed platform so they're actually quite comfortable as heels go. The necklace was a late birthday present from my aunt who lives in Saudi Arabia, it's my name in Arabic. I've been wearing it constantly since I got it, I love it.

  2. Oooh I like those shoes, I've heard platforms make shoes pretty comfy too, like you said! Never tried platform shoes yet though because I'm already pretty tall! I used to have a necklace that was a little bottle of water or some other liquid with a grain of rice in that had my name on it in Arabic, but I kept it so long the rice dissolved away...yours is lovely! Char x

  3. It's good that New Look have started putting a platform in there shoes, means they can make their heels higher! Great!

  18. anon, the last letter with the three dots on top is a "tha" not "sheen" and there isn't a "ba" anywhere..., so it's "fritha" not "farbisha"

sorry this comment looks so weird, but i don't really know how to explain arabic letters in english...

    lovely necklace btw!
