Shiny disco balls

Wednesday was the Freshers' Ball, and although I wanted to wear this dress (even more amazing in person), I couldn't find it in my size anywhere when I came to actually going to buy it. So I ended up with this other one instead. It did have a big bow on the waist, but it looked a bit too try hard so I took that off and opted for the belt instead.

Bloody tan lines.
Sorry about the total bitch face I've got on in all of these pictures (taken with my camera blu tacked to the top of my fridge, as I am a poor student who can't afford (read: be bothered to get) a tripod.)
The ball was really good by the way, despite extortionate drinks prices (which I'll just have to get used to, this being London. I miss Midlands pricing..) and we even had a 14 piece swing band. Classy eh?

  3. Good thing you had fun. I like your dress, but I can't believe they've got the gall to charge $240 for a KM for Topshop dress! That's ridiculous!
