Ramblings and an outfit

Sorry for the lack of posting recently. I went home last week because we had a holiday from uni. It was so nice to get back to England for a bit. I had a couple of days in London to see my boyfriend, then I got a train home and stayed for the rest of the week, then back to London on Saturday and an early flight back to France on Sunday. I'm still quite tired from all the travelling and it's a bit weird being back at uni after two weeks off (if you follow me on Twitter I'm sure you'll have seen me moaning about how my uni was closed "for safety reasons" because of the strikes and riots happening in Lyon and the rest of France recently.)

I don't know if you guys are really interested in my personal life and my studying in France or not. It's nothing to do with the fashion-y side of the blog, but I like reading about other bloggers lives, and I think it keeps things more personal. What do you think? Please let me know if you want less blabbering on and more "proper" content. I'm going to try and use my Tumblr as more of a diary of France etc, and it's a bit less formal than the blog (not that this is exactly proper writing!), so you can follow me there too if you're interested in having a nose at my social life etc!

Here's an outfit, a bit boring but I've had to chuck most of my clothes in the wash because I only took a holdall/gym bag type thing as my luggage on my flight, not a proper suitcase, and it was chucking it down when we got back into Lyon, so my bag got soaked and therefore so did all my clothes inside it too, then they were all a bit grubby and damp :(

H&M boys jumper, Topshop (highwaisted) shorts, Primark tights (a bit small and they're a size large?!?), New Look shoes, Asos jacket.
I'm sure you're probably fed up of this jacket by now! But I do love it so much. I love these New Look heeled trainers too, but I don't really wear them that often. They're quite comfy because the heel is low and chunky, but as they don't have a platform the balls of my feet hurt by the end of today, but I did do a fair bit of walking around Lyon today in fairness. And they were only £25, so the bargainness makes up for it.

Sorry for the shoddy hair, it faded really quickly after I dyed it this time, not impressed. I was thinking of doing a red hair FAQ/care guide because I get a lot of questions emailed about it. I thought it might be useful for anyone who's considering going red? What do you think?
