Topshop jacket and skirt, H&M top and sunglasses, Asos belt.

Apologies for looking unimpressed and a little bit, erm, wilt-y in these pictures, but that's how I was feeling. I am not coping with the heat at all. When I'm not at uni I'm just hiding inside my room avoiding the sun/general outside. I'd like just one day of cooler weather so I can go and visit some museums and see a few more sights before I go home. I only have four weeks left now which is mental. Much as I love it here I'd quite like to go home now. Four months is a long time to be away from home without going back for any visits.
Saying that, I'll probably be happy to be home for about three days, then realise how rubbish it is where I live. Still, there's the blogger meet up to look forward to! If you haven't read mine or Claire's post about the meet yet then please check it out, it would be brilliant to get as many of us as possible together!

  1. I know EXACTLY what you mean about the weather - yesterday was awful around here! 30°C and rain but that didn't cool the air at all and made one feel really yucky.

Lovely outfit - I never dare mixing patterns, maybe I should try that!

  2. This is a great outfit, I love mixing stripes and florals but this is much edgier.

  3. I love that skirt! It's the sort of thing I've been looking for, can't afford Topshop prices though!
I think I'll be coming home for the blogger meet up. I wanted to go home that weekend anyway for various reasons so I'll skip the party I'm supposed to be going to :)

  17. I love the patterns with the colours. Also, I really like pastel-ly colours with stripes for some reason.
Urgh, was so hot here a few days ago- I would have stayed inside and hidden, were it not for the fact I was leaving uni the next day and had to pack up my life in my rather hot room. It was not fun.
Also, did you get a reply from me, from your email (if that makes any sense!) I swear I sent it but I think gmail may have freaked out a bit because it's not in my sent folder...

  18. I get tired of sunny weather very fast too. But I think being home sick is natural after being away for so long. Have a great week. :)

  21. I hate to see it but the weather over here really is rubbish...I'm much more of a hot-weather person, can we swap?!
Love this skirt Fritha, the colours are so saturated and summery. Also just chuckled at the fact we made the same recipe without knowing!! Great minds indeed! x
